Check the condition of the belt frequently and tighten if necessary. Always keep the condenser clean, and pay attention to flushing it when washing the car.
When refueling, connect one end of the refueling pipe to the refueling valve on the intake side of the compressor, slightly open the refueling valve, use the pressure in the system to exhaust the air in the refueling pipe, and insert the other end into the oil drum; properly close the system refrigerant supply valve, And adjust the suction low pressure alarm setting to avoid stopping due to low pressure; when the suction pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure, open the fuel valve, and the oil will automatically enter the compressor. When refilling refrigerant, connect one end of the fluorine pipe to the fluoride port of the system, and the other end to the fluorine bottle, and drive out the air in the pipe through the fluorine hose; first open the valve of the fluorine bottle to confirm that there is no leakage, then open the fluoride port The R23 system should have the bottle mouth facing upwards, and the R404A system should have the bottle mouth facing downwards to ensure rapid fluorine addition; at the end of fluorine addition, first close the valve of the fluorine bottle, and then close the valve of the fluorine port.
